Returns & Exchanges
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product you have received, contact us and return it within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Apparel must have tags attached. Personalized items may not be returned. Enclose a copy of the packing slip with your return. Shipping charges are non-refundable on returns and exchanges.
All Clearance sale items are FINAL and cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.
What if I lost my packing slip or receipt?
Print and fill out the return authorization form and include with your return shipment.
What if my return is not in new condition?
We will contact you to inform you of a 15% restocking fee. If the items are in poor condition, we may refuse your return.
What if my item is defective?
We will issue a return authorization and have FedEx pick-up the defective item at no additional cost to you. If we determine the item is not defective, we will return the item(s) and subtract the shipping costs from your return credit.
***Please note that we cannot ship a replacement to you until we receive and examine the item. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you place a new order.
Can I return a consignment purchase?
- A consignment purchase can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of the original purchase. After 7 days we reserve the right to refuse the refund.
Do you have a problem with a guaranteed item?

Special Order Policy
Special Orders, Custom Items, and Monogrammed Items are Non-Refundable. A Special Order item is an item that we normally do not stock. Special Orders must be paid in advance and cannot be canceled once the order is placed.
Saddle Trial and Return Policy
We understand the importance of a properly fitting saddle not only to your horse but also to you as the rider. In order to ensure your satisfaction, The Divine Horse will permit a trial period of 7 days from the date of receipt. You are responsible to take extra care by wrapping your stirrup leathers to prevent marks on the saddle flaps. Saddles returned with excessive wear or damage may be charged a fee or deemed non-refundable. If you should decide to return the saddle after receiving it, simply fill out the paperwork included in the package and ship it back to us in its original box and packing materials. We recommend shipping saddles through UPS & insuring the saddle for the full purchase price.
Used Saddles from our Consignment Shop also have a 7 day trial period from the date of receipt. As with new saddles the same trial policy applies for consignment saddles.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges which includes any returns or exchanges which could result in multiple shipping fees.
